Application for a new Director of Music
The Dean and Chapter of Brecon Cathedral are looking to appoint a talented Director of Music to take post in September 2025. The successful applicant will work closely with our choirs and clergy and continue to deliver and build the music provision for our worship in this holy place.
The salary for the post of Director of Music is £30,000 per annum for 25 hours per week, payable monthly. Rent-free accommodation is provided with a three-bedroomed cottage close to the Cathedral.
The closing date for applications is Noon Friday 7th March, interviews will be held on 20th and 21st March.
